About the Journal

Journal of Momentum Review (JOMR) is a peer-reviewed, open access, interdisciplinary scholarly journal established under the umbrella of Research, Development and Innovation Education Consultancy (RDI). The journal provides a dedicated international platform for researchers, academicians, professionals, policymakers, students, and practitioners to publish high-quality scholarly work across diverse academic disciplines.

The journal promotes innovation, critical inquiry, intellectual collaboration, and evidence-based research addressing contemporary challenges in education, society, governance, media, communication, technology, business, sustainability, and public policy. JOMR encourages both quantitative and qualitative research approaches and welcomes interdisciplinary studies that contribute to academic advancement and practical applications.

The journal also publishes emerging research related to digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cyber security, digital media, social media platforms, technological innovation, and policy-related issues impacting society globally.

Guidelines for Submission of Articles

Title Page

The title page will remain separate from the manuscript throughout the peer review process and will not be sent to reviewers. It should include:

  • Manuscript title

  • All authors’ names, designations, and affiliations

  • Complete address of the corresponding author including e-mail address

  • Acknowledgements

  • Conflict of Interest Statement (if any)

Anonymized Manuscript

Authors must remove any identifying information such as names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or institutional references from the manuscript before submission to ensure a proper double-blind peer review process.

Recommended article length: 5000–10000 words

Paper Structure / Template

Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the following structure:

  • Abstract

  • Introduction

  • Literature Review and Theoretical Framework

  • Methodology

  • Findings and Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • References (APA Format)

Peer Review Policy

Journal of Momentum Review (JOMR) follows a Double-Blind Peer Review process to maintain academic quality, integrity, and transparency. Both reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the review process.

Reviewers are selected from reputable national and international universities and institutions based on subject expertise and research experience.

The journal ensures:

  • Fair and unbiased evaluation

  • Confidentiality of manuscripts

  • Ethical review standards

  • Timely communication with authors

  • Professional and constructive feedback

AI Policy

JOMR allows authors to use AI-assisted tools such as Grammarly for language improvement and editing purposes only. However, fully AI-generated manuscripts or substantial AI-generated content are not acceptable.

The AI-generated content similarity should remain below the acceptable editorial threshold. Manuscripts containing excessive AI-generated material may be rejected during the editorial screening process.

Originality and Plagiarism Policy

Journal of Momentum Review (JOMR) follows strict ethical policies regarding originality and plagiarism.

  • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.

  • Similarity index should remain below the acceptable academic threshold.

  • Proper citation and acknowledgment of all sources are mandatory.

  • Simultaneous submission to other journals is prohibited.

Any form of plagiarism, fabricated data, copyright violation, or unethical research practice may lead to immediate rejection.

Ethical Guidelines for Authors

Authors are expected to:

  • Maintain academic integrity and research quality

  • Ensure originality of submitted work

  • Properly acknowledge all sources and contributors

  • Avoid plagiarism and duplicate publication

  • Respect privacy and informed consent of research participants

Manuscript Processing Procedure

Desk Review

After submission, manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening to evaluate relevance, originality, formatting, and scope alignment.

Peer Review

Eligible manuscripts are sent for double-blind peer review by subject experts.

Estimated Time: 4–6 Weeks

Revisions

Authors may be requested to make minor or major revisions based on reviewers’ comments.

Acceptance

Accepted manuscripts receive an official acceptance notification after successful completion of the review process.

The Journal of Momentum Review (JOMR) may charge article processing fees to support editorial management, peer review, production, indexing, and open access publication.
